Excellent as always. Love the cartoon of the Millennial poking at the housing market.

When we bought our starter house in 1987 I had to pay five year’s salary for it.

Today the average starter house costs — 5 year’s salary. Sure, there are parts of the country where that number is higher, and parts where it’s lower. But that’s been pretty much a constant for a long, long time.

I think Fresh Water Lake Properties are going to become more scarce and more valuable as water resources dwindle in the United States. Not sure about "a housing bubble crash" is going to happen as many may think. We are not in the same time as in 2008. The dollar has been diluted by Trillions more than in 2008. Houses I'm afraid are going to hold and keep their values. Perhaps in over valued markets there will be some declines.
