My thoughts on Elon Musk and the 2023 market

I hope this holiday season brings you joy and peace. I want to take a moment to wish you all a very Merry Christmas! I am grateful for each and every one of you and for your continued support.

This year has been incredibly difficult with high inflation, a looming recession, ever-increasing interest rates, and a crashing stock/crypto market! I was hoping that we will have some respite during the holiday season due to the Santa Claus Rally. We generally observe a sustained increase in the stock market in the weeks leading up to Christmas due to a general feeling of optimism and seasonal happiness on Wall Street, and the investing of holiday bonuses.

But the economic conditions were so bad that even the Christmas spirit was unable to lift the market. SPY 0.00%↑ dropped 4.5% and QQQ 0.00%↑ lost 6.8% of its value just in the last month. It looks like we will need an actual Christmas miracle to turn things around!

The 2023 Stock Market

The million-dollar question right now would be whether or not the market will finally begin to recover in 2023 or if we will continue to see a decline with the worst yet to come! What do you think?

My take on Elon Musk and Tesla

It’s not often that I cover a single company in my video. But, it’s time we talk about what’s happening with Elon and Tesla - As a 2-time Tesla owner and a Tesla stockholder since 2019, I have been a part of their astronomical rise during 2020-21 and its eventual 70% drop. 

I have been following Tesla very closely, as it used to be my single largest stock position. Now, I have some serious concerns about their future and their potential legal troubles that are worth breaking down:
